Requirements for angles -the carrier bearing goes in the stock location -and The pinion needs to be 2 degree's below the rear driveline angle . How to measure -Flange face on the transfercase to the center of the carrier bearing on the frame -and From the center of the carrier bearing again to the flange face on the axle .( a special note Some 1999-2001 trucks come with an end yoke instead of a flange on the axle - In this case measure to the center of the rear u joint instead ) The measurements will be added to the end of the part # -LOOKING LIKE THIS su1350cv251/2/481/2 -The 25 1/2 is the front length and the 48 1/2 is the rear- If you truck has the end yoke version add end yoke on the end of that #'s .There is a $250  core charge added to this assembly -and will be returned when the factory 2 piece shaft is returned-

On short bed trucks max lift 10" on long bed or suburban 4 door 12" lift- 208 and 241 transfer cases ( gas motor on late model NOT THE ALLISON DIESEL ) The rear pinion needs to be rolled to be 2 degree's lower then the driveline( preferably By cutting and turning the rear axle pads And not Shims especially on a 4" LIFT OR MORE)  We will measure with the driveline out of the vehicle -from the End of the output shaft on the t-case to the center of the u-joint at the axle ( where the Straps hit the factory yoke or the end of the yoke itself ) please note of you have swapped a 14 bolt in place of a 10 bolt you will need to use a 1350 U joint at the axle instead of the factory 3r joint- please add the length on the end of the assembly # and 1350 if you have a 14 bolt - looking like this 1350208cv331/4-1350 this would be a 33 1/4 end of Spline to center of rear joint and also 1350 or a swapped (possibly factory) differential yoke
205 TRANSFERCASE -AND A ONE TON DIFFERENTIAL REAR SHAFT  $419.00 1350CV  When you have a 205-203-atlas (2 or 4 speed) Stak (2 or 3 speed) and a one ton differential -14 bolt or Dana 60 -or 70 mainly-make sure your differential is rolled to match the driveline angle and the driveline angle and Transfercase angle are not more than 22 degree's operating- (if the driveline angle ends up at 24 degree's and the t-case -or motor slope is say 3 degree's tipped back then you subtract the two and end up with an operation angle of 21 degree's) One other thing is this price is for 3x.083 wall - We can upgrade to 3x.120 wall for an additional 45$ on most lengths under 50 cc -These c/v's are USA made -and reinforced for the best angle and performance in the driveline world at no extra cost - 32 degree's max-you will need our patented flange for the 32 spline above on this order sheet ( pick the seal size or call for a interchange ) Usually 99$ for the flange - Also e-brake capable for all t-cases listed above - just add the length to the part # from Center of U joint to center of U joint - if its 26 3/4 cc- then make the part # 1350cv263/4 .and add .120 after for thicker tube
